Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Vigo Trading Community.

1. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who issues your receipts and handles applicable taxes.

2. Free trial

Paid plans may include a 7-day trial. If you provided a payment method, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid a charge.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically prorate partial periods.

4. Refunds

If you are charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request for a refund in good faith. Because the Service provides immediate digital access, refunds outside this window are granted at our discretion.

Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.

5. How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email with your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
